Where do the comments go? #8

8) What happens to the comments when a member makes a comment on another member's report? We've tried this, and the comments don't seem to show up anywhere.

Sorry, this issue shouldn't have been closed by me. I made a mistake while checking in the ushahidi codebase (mistakenly adding all of their comment history to this repo). One of their old comments must have closed this issue. Reopening...

This project sounds like an ingenious idea, given the Office's past tracking and mapping work!
