TNT also ignites in the base when placed near pressure planes

Can use Inferno trap pressure plates ignite TNT. Arguably could be a feature, just want to make sure we want it.

@BrokenKage has implemented a potential fix. We don't actually have any TNT explosions as abilities they all scheduled task them self into fireballs so cancelling all TNT explosions is probably ok, though possibly confusing for players.
