Cleanliness of presentation and additional resources #73

After you merged my last pull request I noticed a few mistakes, and I didn't like that I used some formatting that wasn't the same as the rest.

This time I went through and cleaned up anything I thought could use it, added resources for hyperledger foundation and evernym\sovrin\indy, and made the formatting more uniform across the entire document.

I just like for things to be neat and thorough, especially since I contributed to the mess, I felt compelled to do something.
