Background image Parallax effect? #138

Hi, can anyone help to make parallax effect for background image of the section? I tried to use stellar.js https://github.com/markdalgleish/stellar.js

I want to get a simple effect like in demo here: http://markdalgleish.com/projects/stellar.js/demos/backgrounds.html

But I can't to make it work...
