Provide SVG/Animated GIF Pre-Loader. Prefer SVG for avoiding matting and background issues. Make this preloader work from page loads to forms.

Let's think about a simple and "normal" preloader but slightly unique for Alpo. Something we can use universally for page loads to forms to action buttons, etc.
