Cleanup features folder and add scenario tags #14

When in the "peakshift-services" repository's root folder
Then "features/schema.json" does not exist (delete)
And all scenarios in "project-database.feature" have the tag "@wip @mongodb"
And "projects-schema-validator.feature" is renamed to "validate-schema-projects.feature"
And all scenarios in feature files following the pattern "*-*-api.feature" have the tag "@api"
And .feature files for the "@api" tag are named with the pattern "api-*-projects.feature"
