  Scenario: Incomplete features and scenarios are tagged with @wip
    Given "peakshift-services/python/features" contains ".feature" files
      And there are scenarios that has not been fully defined or need clairifcations
     When the file is parsed by gherkin
     Then the incomplete scenarios are tagged with "@wip"
