Show comments & votes count for Nostr comments #104

Issue

ATM we cannot see the total number of comments a Story has because the comments are stored on Nostr. The same goes for the upvotes of comments.

Solution

Store the total number of comments + votes on our own database so that we can show this information on Stories + comments.
