Have separate files for the 3 types of jobs
Don't schedule the main job for weekends
Only run the Cygwin job on demand, or early on Monday mornings (not on PRs/pushes)
Only run the documentation job on demand or on PRs
Add those concurrency cancellation things that were recently added to GAP
