I hadn't realized that including a PHAR file with shebang would lead to the output of the shebang, and didn't thoroughly tested that part, but fortunately, I was informed of the problem shortly after release, and hence I'm making a new release of the affected packages, which are Cache_SHM and Net_RouterOS.
There are no other changes, and for all intents and purposes, PEAR and Pyrus installations are not affected by this change, but nevertheless, for anyone who might decide to download the archives from the pear2 website instead of another place, I'm submitting the updated archives.
