Cross Reference Errors in Section 2.2 #443

Description

Section 2.2 "What is Algorithm Analysis?" contains three different cross reference errors where the reference tags are missing or not using the correct reference ID.

This is for cppds-v2.

Motivation and Context

The cross reference issues are showing up in the textbook and do not show the images or sections which they are intended to reference, which is distracting and confusing to readers.

No longer relevant. This issue #443 was addressed and fixed with issue #559. I suggest to close it.
