Fix links for all images in Chapter 3 in cppds-v2 #520

Description

I fixed all the broken images in Chapter 3 by reformatting their image tags to keep them simple and straightforward and by changing their src path.

How Has This Been Tested?

I tested them by building and viewing them and then comparing them the old runestone book to make sure everything looks goo. Bellow are some snippet from the new edits:
