S fixing issue #552 #553

Sections: 4.3, 4.4, and 4.5 were put in the same .rst file. They need to be in separate files for easy conversion to .ptx

Description

I put section 4.3, 4.4, and 4.5 in a separate .rst files

How Has This Been Tested?

I rebuilt the book to make sure my changes reflect in the book.
