Cppds2 - Missing Cross-References and Possible Math Code Error For 2.4 #561

2.4.1, 2.4.2, and 2.4.4 have missing cross-references in 2.4 An Anagram Detection Example. Additionally, under 2.4.1, there may be a formatting error with the math code as it looks very different from the cppds rst version of the book.

Working on #561 !

On #561 I was able to properly write the math expressions. However I could fix the the Active code cross reference.
