Description

I added a a double space between the progress bar the rest of the text above in all sections to improve readability.

How Has This Been Tested?

I rebuilt the book locally to make sure my changes took effect

I don't think this is the right approach to solving this problem. The relevant commit (4233d2b) attempts to use paragraph markers to address a spacing issue. I think this should be solved with a possible change to the css for sections/subsections.
