官方在 0.51.0 版本中更新了 nls 的实现方式且源码变动较大，新增 nls.message.js 脚本专用于异步插件替换

monaco-editor 0.52.0 移除了 editor.main.nls.js，导致该插件不再工作：https://github.com/microsoft/monaco-editor/pull/4652
