Singe, Hunter, and Duelist can trigger on spam hits dealing extra unintentional damage. #18

Singe, Hunter, and Duelist can trigger on spam hits for swords, which deals full true damage of the enchant when they should not be. They will trigger on spam hit but they now respect attack cooldown and invulnerability frames.
