When multiple effects are applied to a mob (such as Shocked and Bleeding) their nameplates rapidly flash between each-other as they tick down.
I'm guessing it could be solved by using a macro to compile all applicable lines together into one nameplate?
This is a slightly more complicated issue I'm in the process of figuring out exactly how to solve, but do currently consider a bug at the current time.
