Layers for brass performance instruments #19

Most of the brass instruments don't have samples for multiple layers. Instead we use a lowpass filter to reproduce the variation in sound with dynamic level, changing the cutoff frequency with volume. This works pretty well for the notation instruments, less well for the performance instruments. When you change the volume in the middle of a note, the changing filter creates an unnatural sound.

I restructured them to instead use three layers with different filter settings. As you change volume, it crossfades between the layers. This gives a more realistic sound.

I also adjusted the panning of the trombones, since the sustain and staccato samples were coming from different directions. This brings them to the center.
