Unfortunately, LinuxSampler seems to be mostly abandoned, or at least in hibernation. In the past three years it's had nothing but a few bug fix releases. The SFZ support is out of date and doesn't include most of the newer opcodes.
I test the instruments on sfizz and Sforzando (which uses ARIA Engine, so that should also cover anything else that uses it). They seem to be the best supported, most up to date players.
Sfizz works as is should but you can't have MIDI input and Audio output as you can with LinuxSampler.
How do you mean? That's what it does.
Like this. Don't know the english word. Kontakt does the same. 16 MIDI routed out to 16 Audio. On these images I have 8 MIDI tracks and 8 Audio tracks. I'm on Linux so I don't have Kontakt, just Sfizz for SFZ files. There is a Sfizz 16out but I haven't figured out how to use is...yet
Thanks
Hi,
Nice to see an update/upgrade on this samples. It sounds awesome to me. I tried to use LinuxSampler so I get and output audio track but that doesn't seems to work (failed to load instrument). Sfizz works as is should but you can't have MIDI input and Audio output as you can with LinuxSampler.
Thanks again
