This is a collection of improvements to the harpsichord.

I extended the upper range to give the full five octaves found on large harpsichords. This required stretching the highest samples further than I would normally want, but it doesn't sound too bad, and it's better than not having the notes at all.
I made the volumes of the release samples more consistent.
You can use CC 12 to adjust the volume of the release samples. That's useful if you want it to sound further away, which makes the releases less audible.

Great job. It sounds fantastic. Any chance you make ensembles of all instruments to? All Strings, All Brass, All Woodwinds, like Virtual Playing Orchestra have?

Yes, that should be possible. Can you open a new issue for it? Describe how you would want them to work, and we can discuss the design.

Actually, I tried doing it with the strings and it was super easy. I just made a file that #includes the other instruments and it worked perfectly. I'll try doing it with the other sections and make a PR for you to try out.
