Notifications - Add "Clear All" option #148

I figured out how to push notifications but didn't see a way to clear them... So I gave it a whirl!

Also updated the styling based on what I saw in a snowy video; not sure if it was "up to date" though - I only have a chalk.

As always, looks great. Looks like you're really starting to get a good understanding of the RebbleOS codebase -- good to see!
