Modify : Changed "no notifications" message from a menu item to graphic text #155

Modified "no notifications" message in the same style as in PebbleOS. Replaced a single menu entry, with a full screen "no notification" text.

In theory, this probably should also touch _notif_menu_get_cell_height. In practice, I'm not sure I object all that much... if it works, it works! Nice change. I haven't looked at it on B&W Pebble yet, but might invert the colors for readability there.
