Default to Number Keyboard #149

On iOS (maybe android too), when clicking in the number field for the slider, the default keyboard appears instead of a number keyboard.

This was intentional unfortunately. Older versions of android show the telephone keyboard which does not have a decimal character.

That would only be an issue if you want to allow fractions. Maybe the keyboard selection could be a config property.
