suggestion please update to 4.3 #3

I was able to get this running on 4.3 without issues. By changing ENV FIRMWARE_VERSION 3.11 replace with ENV FIRMWARE_VERSION 4.3 within cloudpebble-qemu-controller/Dockerfile
