Disable client sending of SSL verify #359

Since we're now making use of a certificate that is short lived and will renew itself automatically every 3 months, it makes little sense to send client certificates (although it might be safer).

Thoughts?

(FYI this is currently deployed to make sure all of our things are working)

Tested and both emulators and code completion are working on cloudpebble.net
