Fix oauth2client install error #22

Fixes #20, #21. I know that this PR probably will not be merged because the formula is automatically generated, but I love PRs 😅.

To be consistent with the actual SDK, we also need to bump pyasn1 and pyasn1-modules. I've had a couple of developers test a formula that does this, but another issue occurs that is related to how setuptools handles it's cache. Will merge updated formula once this has been sorted.
