Had a little think about this now. And I think tags assigned to people is the right way to do it. Has the massive advantage over other things I thought of in that you can have multiple tags on each person.

I think this is another one where we need to be careful there a danger that this could add another level of complication thats might not be worth the return if it's not carefully implemented.

Really like this. Would you envisage rows not part of the tag to be hidden completely or just greyed out?

I would say disappear completely.

Either fade out or collapse up if we can get some pretty animations in there.

Just faded them in the mock because them disappear seemed unclear. Got it the wrong way round :)
