Welcome overlay borked #179

With the next fluid layout the welcome overlay has got a bit mangled.

Yup, same as bug #173, but keeping this one and closing the other one, as this one is better documented ;)

@markdurrant, I've fixed most of the problems, but could you do another image for "Add new team member" so that it is more contained within the space below the add new team member textbox, and not overlapping with the prev/next week image?

It's ok right now for most cases where there are a couple of team members or projects, but when the timetable is empty, then the images overlap.

This issue now fixed. However when we look at UI in the future we'll have to think about the help overlay as it's not really working well with the fluid layout a the moment.
