Create super secret admin area/feature #47

Some way of allowing admin features such as:

Delete user
Delete project
Reset database

Some of these features will be allowable in the future, but before this happens (and we think of the UI/UX implications), there should be some easy way to do it.

Maybe password protect it or something.

This is not needed for the minimum feature set to share Vistazo. This is roles which I agree we will probably need at some point but not now. If we allow deleting things anyone can do it.
