Hulu menu entries always present #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hulu in menu even if MM_HULU_* entries do not exist.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No Hulu menu entires.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.22-72
0.22-73b1

This should be fixed by commit #6023.
