Max brightness still too dark #2

ISSUE DESCRIPTION Set brightness setting to maximum but it still too dark.

How to reproduce Set brightness to maximum then check the LCD still too dark.

Hardware issue? or change duty max value (PWM)

It's hardware issue, resistor for current limiter in backlight controller too high, 100 ohm is best value for this. so i'll close this issue since it's not software issue
