Several improvements

I made several improvements to the application for myself, and thought it might make sense to share them.

If you want me to split this up into multiple pull requests, I could do that, but this doesn't seem to be worked on so I guess they could just be added at once.

Things I changed:

• extended control.bat so it could be possible to define an IP to automatically open, instead of having to enter it each time. The default behaviour is still entering it.
• There was a bug where you had to add one garbage argument because the code skipped the first argument. This was fixed.
• I ignored my intellij development files. Safe for everyone.
• The Java code has been split up into multiple classes, some comments changed/added and threading added, so there is no random stuttering anymore.

Thanks! It (still) works and the refactoring is nice ;)

I did some changes to the way how the web browser is detected/chosen, and to the way how IP/mask are passed (it's always better if you don't have to edit tracked files to add your own values).
