The toolbox can now update itself, CmdStan, and MatlabProcessManager. Tested on Mac and Windows. I posted an issue on MatlabStan to request that the version number be embedded in the code for each release. Once that is implemented, I will put in the code to automatically check MatlabStan for updates.
