Add two new structure arrays: era_prefs and era_data. These structure arrays are passed between the gui functions and other main functions to make using the CLI easier and more flexible.

Updated VersionHistory to reflect changes

Works on Mac and Windows using Matlab 2014b and 2015b. Bug was found and fixed (see https://github.com/peclayson/ERA_Toolbox/pull/5/commits/10c9664ff0c21b7e502a069ea939ea874495512c)
