Calibration stuck #8

Today I have tried the base calibration and it was stuck on Calibrating... Need to power cycle the scope.

As I thought, the SW may have an issue or the scope is broken, I have updated to latest version. Was worth it, because now I can see the measurements. But calibration still freezes the scope.

Just now I have found out, that the trigger was set to Normal. So I have set it to Auto and now calibration has passed successfully.

BTW: AutoSetup was stuck, too. And with trigger set to Auto, it works as expected.

That is an oversight in the software. Due to the FPGA not returning a finish signal when on normal trigger and no signal on the input, it has to be done in auto trigger mode.

Needs a modification to switch to auto mode when started and return to the chosen mode when done. Since I stopped working on it a long time ago it will stay as it is until I have a new drive to return to the project,

Maybe you should write that into the repository as the scope is still on the market an maybe some people consider to buy it beacuse of the hacking/modding community 👎 while the original software is kind of bad
