I'm not sure what https://github.com/pediapress/mwlib.epub/blob/d0989cf34d58a0db95744c4c39578853eb5f40f1/mwlib/epub/collection.py#L365 is doing, does this mean the HTML is produced by the mwlib parser as for mwlib.rl?
How hard would it be to just fetch the HTML from the usual WebAPI, or from Parsoid where available? In fact I thought mwlib.epub was already using API...
