added "This requires the python-devel header file being installed." #35

The section "Basic Prerequisites" already mentions that:

"You need to have a C compiler, a C++ compiler, make and the python development headers installed."

ok, I overlooked that (not the rest) ;-)

BTW, compilation was successful.
