Don't filter bots, as this is removing valid contributors from the list. I think it is better, legally and morally, to have some bots in the list that to miss some valid contributors.

Thanks for your pull request.

I nearly merged that one but then stumbled upon https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Username_policy.

It mentions that 'Usernames which could be easily misunderstood to refer to a "bot" (which is used to identify bot accounts) or a "script" (which alludes to automated editing processes), unless the account is of that type' are 'not permitted because they may be misleading in a way that disrupts the project'.

So, I'm not going to merge it.

Please also check the WMF bug before closing it. "Vitalie Ciubotaru" (the username who reported the bug) cannot be confused with a bot, and it's a valid username. You might want to limit the match to the end of the username or something.
