Clothing not saving for ND_Apperenceshops

Was told to make a issue on git for appearance shops they did not say anything so I'm going to see if I can get something from here on how to fix When I save an outfit in the appearance shop it does not save so it will save until I relog the game and or restart the server and that's about it no error code or anything of the sort
