New message texts and lot of bugs

Now the game shows the help message when I got to a fueling station which is 
almost half a screen (which I don't like) and big issue is, when once I got to 
a fueling station it only shows on screen for "less than 6 seconds (approx)", 
and it get's completely hidden no matter how much time I waited at a fueling 
station. It's persists even when I got to another fueling station, then it 
won't show at all. I must use a fuel bottle to see that message again for "6 
seconds"?

I don't like new messages at all. Even it won't refresh the prices real-time as 
vehicle consume fuel while waiting at the station.

Please kindly revert back all the changes to old messages which it much better. 
I have low bandwidth right now and I can't believe I released a version to the 
GTA4-Mods without checking it. I can't upload 1MB again soon. I don't know what 
to do right now. Please just revert those changes.

New messages are great if it can be displayed indefinitely while we are at a 
fueling station. Can you please find a solution for it? I'm not much familiar 
with that function.
