T-S diagrams #85

Plot T/S diagrams. Is the basal melt simulation closer to obs? How much ISW do we get?

Also make regional T/S diagrams against observations.

Here's the updated circum-Antarctic T-S plots against WOA23 observations over the shelf. Basal doesn't produce ISW. Both BasalGade and BasalGadeBrine produce ISW but often at colder, fresher, and lighter densities than observations. The salinity spread in ISW in BasalGadeBrine is larger than in BasalGade.
