Entrance animations do currently not work #10

Some entrances provide special animation when a pingu is released or when it is 
opened up at the start of the level. The game does currently not make any 
meaningful use of those animations.

Fixed a few .sprite files, set (loop #f) and added prefab objects for animated 
entrances.
