SurfaceBackground does not support animated backgrounds #18

Pingus has a few animated background, such as 
data/images/textures/anim_fire.sprite, SurfaceBackground however does not 
support them. This is a side effect of the modifications to the surface that it 
does that require some extra work to make them work with animated surface.
