The resource system in Pingus has currently numerous issues:
* it doesn't cache properly, some objects not at all (Surfaces, Prefabs)
* it is completely separate code for different types (music, levels, sprites)
* it can't handle reloading sprites from their source (needed for runtime
fullscreen switching in windows)
