Gamespeed can currently be adjusted on the command line, this should be 
extended to allow to adjustment the gamespeed via keypad plus and minus 
(Warcraft-like) an option for gamespeed in the option menu couldn't hurt either 
(slowest, slow, normal, fast, fastest).

Implemented in issue a96a48df, but hardcoded, should be done via proper input 
mapping
