Moving to Render and TMI connection #28

added the option to deploy into render;
bot is now on 24/7 using cron;
created openai class to make connection;
created a twitch bot connector using tmi;
bot can connect to multiple channels;
bot divides the chatbot completion into multiple ones;
bot has default !gpt command;
added as default a bot called oSetinhasBot (needs to follow)
updated README.md to reflect the changes
