Bottom_navy_bar does not support null-saftey well #100

Although it is from Flutter's favorites list but it is not well supported, as the last modification was 13 months ago. I used it in a project but I had to modify it to accept null-safety . Please Flutter team support your packages.

It seems that the author abandoned this library

Hello @gxjcoo @RasheedSanad I took a look, and yes, it does support null safety since the last release
