Stream utils operator << without using keyword #56

Since mili namespace is mandatory, when trying to use stream_utils' operator << 
without the "using namespace mili", the code doesn't compile.

using 

mili::operator<< 

doesn't work either.

Please consider (ab)using Koenig Lookup to solve this issue.
