instabanned after responding a couple messages #2507

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

I'm not sure it's a bug, but when I start the bot a it starts responding to the customers it gets instabanned without reason. Please note that my bot only responds and do not send messages to outsiders.

I'm using a delay to respond between messages and returning always handwritten like messages.

Has or is anyone else facing this problem?

This makes all my work useless

chromium, tried both standard and business whatsapp versions

Expected behavior

to don't be blocked by whatsapp

just respond to a couple of charts from different phone numbers.

Yes, I am using Multi Device

android phone, running on windows, for some reason the whatsapp sesion recognices it as a mac

were you banned on prior accounts before?

Here we have the same problem, so that this doesn't happen to us the WhatsApp number should never be new, it must be used normally for 3 days from a mobile app without linking it to this library. After that, it will work normally.

were you banned on prior accounts before?

Yes, multiple times. I have been trying multiple strategies so that I can better understand the algorithm. But it seems super sophisticated. Already started to think the use graphs

I had the same problem. Only responded to a handful of messages and got banned.

I appealed and fortunately was unbanned. They said the system mistakenly flagged the account.

I am using this for outbound marketing messages for my clients. Sometimes account gets banned. What precautions I can take? Is there a way to use this library via proxy so that I can map bunch of 10 users on to one IP?

Changing the ip while using bots can be cause of ban. Try to keep the bor running in a pc like environment where everything is static
